Please click on the following link and complete and submit the Team Registration Form along with the entry fee payment of $200 per team by Thursday November 1st or earlier.
- The roster of players and officials is not needed
at this time as you finalize later in the season. As well, at this time we do not require your specifying in which division your team wishes to compete ("A" - Senior; "B" - Intermediate or "C" - Junior). That information will be requested after November 1st.
It's important that we do receive your Team Registration as there is the possibility that more teams will apply than can be accommodated. We want to ensure that we host "the best event" possible which may not necessarily be the biggest ever. Our informal survey in September resulted in 47 teams indicating that they plan to participate (see website at www.shikitchener2013.ca/teams.html
